Sleeves Vs Bags In general sleeves need to fit your laptop like a glove.  You don't want it to be to small 'cause it might damage your notebook... if it fits at all?!!  And you don't want it to be to big or your laptop can shift and bounce when on the move.  Some items are made from elastic materials like Neoprene.  These sleeves are more likely to fit both mac and pc models and offer the best option for most users, unless those who know exactly how big their sleeve needs to be.
